Scholarship amount details
Country equivalent of first-class Honours at degree-level will result in a £3,000 fee scholarship.
Students from one of the countries eligible for the Country Specific Scholarship will receive a £3,500 fee scholarship.
Conversion rate used: 1 Pound = Rs. 104.90 (last updated 7th December 2023).

- Students achieving the highest entry grades can apply for one of Half-Fee Academic Excellence Scholarships
- Students in receipt of external funding eg, Chevening scholarships are not entitled to this award
- These scholarships are automatically processed by the University, and no separate application is required
- The amount of scholarship that you are entitled to will be shown on your offer letter

Scholarship Eligibility
- Advanced Biomedical Engineering MSc:
- Candidate must have a first degree in a relevant discipline; normally at least a Second-class Honours degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, or Technology
- Advanced Civil and Structural Engineering MSc:
- Candidate must have a second-class Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Candidates who do not fulfill the normal entry requirements but have extensive industrial experience in a related area are considered on an individual basis
- Applications from candidates with Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science degrees with a relevant background in maths and physics are welcomed
- Advanced Chemical and Petroleum Engineering MSc:
- 22 equivalent bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering
- Advanced Mechanical Engineering MSc:
- A second-class Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Candidates who do not fulfill the normal entry requirements but have extensive industrial experience in a related area are considered on an individual basis
- Master of Science in Automotive Systems Engineering:
- A second-class honours degree or above (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- Applications from candidates with physics, mathematics, and computer science degrees with a relevant background in maths and physics are welcomed
- English language proficiency score:
- IELTS: 60 with a minimum of 55 in each section
- PTE: 55 with a minimum of 51 in each section
