Scholarship Eligibility

  • International graduate students, with a valid Canadian study permit, registered full time in a MA, MASC, MES, MFA, MMATH (except coursework programs) or MSC (except coursework programs) degree program will receive an IMSA for 2 years (up to term 60)
  • Students must meet the academic progress requirements of their program, not have outstanding probationary admission requirements, and not be concurrently receiving tuition awards (eg, PSI or Lazaridis Tuition Awards) or funding which exceeds the minimum PhD funding value from any external awards, sponsorships or self-funding
