Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants need a First class degree in either computer science or software engineering, or a closely related subject
  • Applicant must also have an upper 2:1 score in the following modules:
    • 2 modern object-oriented or functional programming language modules (eg
    • Java, C++, C#, Visual Basic)
    • 1 maths module
    • 2 computing modules (eg
    • cryptography, software, data structures, databases, artificial intelligence, machine learning, web, networks, operating systems)
  • Applicants should have been offered a place on one of the School’s MSc programs starting September 2020
  • ELP scores:
    • IELTS- 65 overall with 60 in each competency
    • PTE- 62 overall with 58 in each competency
