Additional Information:

  • ELP waiver- Applicants who successfully completed a previous study where the medium of instruction was in English at a university or post-secondary school are exempted from English proficiency requirements
  • This scholarship is not available to current student

 

Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants:

  • must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) awarded by CBSE, ISC, West Bengal, and Maharashtra boards with minimum average of 60 percent in four academic subjects
  • must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate from all other boards with a minimum average of 65 percent in four academic subjects
  • must satisfy the English language proficiency with one of the following tests-
    • IELTS- Overall 7, with no individual band score of less than 70
    • A minimum GPA is not required to receive the ISS In recognition of COVID impacts, this is to provide an additional form of support so students can still access higher education
  • Assumed Knowledge: English, Science, Mathematics or equivalent
