Appication Process for this scholarship

ISSO will send an e-mail each semester to students when they are able to apply for the ISSO scholarships (Fall: mid-September and Spring: mid-February) During the application submission timeframe, students may submit their scholarship application in Cystart

Additional Information: The scholarship should be seen on U-Bill within 2 weeks after the applicant is notified via email that he had been awarded a scholarship.

Scholarship Eligibility

• Applicants who have been at ISU in the current degree-seeking program for one full academic year and achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 are eligible
• Applicants are required to be in F-1 or J-1 status
• Preference will be given to following candidates:
  • Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated financial need and/or academic excellence
  • Preference will be given to undergraduate students from Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe
