Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants who have been at ISU in the current degree-seeking program for one full academic year and achieved a minimum GPA of 30 are eligible
  • Applicants are required to be in F-1 or J-1 status
  • Preference will be given to following candidates:
  • Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated financial need and/or academic excellence
  • Preference will be given to undergraduate students from Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe
