  • A personal statement, limited to a maximum of 400 words, outlining your circumstances and detailing your future academic and career plans
  • A letter of support from a referee, which could be either academic or character-based, addressing the merits of your circumstances
  • An academic transcript for any study completed outside of Massey University

  • The bursary shall be awarded by the Massey Business School Development Fund Advisory Group
  • The selection panel may decline to award in any year if there are no applicants of sufficient merit
  • The selection panel may, at their discretion, award an extra bursary in a given year, depending on the availability of funds

 

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants must be:
    • Studying internally, online, or by mixed mode at any Massey University campus
    • Enrolled in a program in the Massey Business School or a conjoint program with the Massey Business School
    • Studying full-time or part-time
    • Undergraduate or postgraduate (MBA and EMBA students are eligible to apply)
    • Domestic or international students
  • Preference will be given to candidates who:
    • Demonstrate financial hardship or other circumstances hindering progress in studies
    • Have a record of academic success
    • Evidence of good character may be considered
