Scholarship Overview

Master in Finance Scholarship for Women is awarded for pursuing Masters in Finance at London Business School. A student can get a maximum amount of GBP 26100 and the scholarship amount will be given one time only. The scholarship amount can be used for paying tuition. Preference for scholarships will be given to candidates who apply in rounds 1-4 (MiF full-time) and rounds 1-5 (MiF part-time). To be eligible for the award, applicants must have completed their 12th grade and also possess a Bachelor degree. To be eligible for this award, international students must take English language examinations as well as standardised exams like IELTS, PTE, GRE and GMAT.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants must have an undergraduate degree Occasionally a strong career trajectory and/or professional qualifications are also accepted
  • Applicant should have the ability to work in multicultural teams and an international outlook
  • English Language Proficiency:
    • IELTS, or
    • PTE, or
    • English Language Proficiency is not required if applicants have completed their UG or PG degree entirely in English or if applicant have worked or lived in an English speaking country for at least two years since graduating from university
  • LBS don’t normally consider applicants with fewer than two years’ relevant work experience Work experience should be in finance or a closely related field (such as corporate law, finance journalism or IT in a financial institution)
  • Best candidates will be invited for an interview
