Scholarship Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship Applicants:

  • Must have a bachelor degree
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience
  • Should have a good GMAT score
  • Should be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand and not a permanent resident of Australia
  • Must have applied for an eligible graduate coursework degree
  • Must be commencing study at the University of Melbourne for the first time
  • Must not be in receipt of any other tuition fee remission scholarship or sponsorship which, in combination with the IPCA, exceeds 100% of tuition fees
  • Must not have received any other scholarship provided by the Australian Government in the last 2 years
  • Must satisfy the English language proficiency requirement with one of the following tests:
    • IELTS – minimum score of 70 overall, with no individual score less than 65
    • TOEFL IBT – minimum score of 102, with a written score minimum of 24 and no individual score lower than 21
    • PTE: minimum score of 65 and no communicative skill below 65
