Scholarship Overview

Ontario Graduate Fellowships is a type of scholarship which is offered at University of Waterloo to those international students who are pursuing a Masters Degree. This is a Merit Based Scholarship, which is provided to only maximum number of students, depending on the University student. Amount for Ontario Graduate Fellowships is not mentioned by the University of Waterloo. Also, the Ontario Graduate Fellowships is a trimester tuition reducing scholarship, offered in the first year of Masters Degree only. Applications for Ontario Graduate Fellowships at University of Waterloo are filed separately. To be eligible for the award, applicants must have completed their 12th grade and also possess a Bachelor degree. To be eligible for this award, international students must take English language examinations as well as standardised exams like TOEFL, IELTS, PTE and GRE . In order to apply for the scholarship, students need the following documents: LOR and CV. Along with the Ontario Graduate Fellowships application. The eligibility of the students to qualify for Ontario Graduate Fellowships would solely depend on the applicant’s admission to University of Waterloo Masters Degree, his/her aptitude for an overall contribution towards University of Waterloo community and of course the academic achievements.
