Scholarship Eligibility

To be eligible, the below criteria must be met:

  • Applicants must have passed High School
  • Applicants are expected to have studied a rigorous high school curriculum in English, mathematics, science, social studies, foreign language and the arts, though not mandatory
  • In addition to academic criteria, candidates’ talent, perseverance, innovation, involvement and leadership are considered
  • English language proficiency:
    • TOEFL: 100 with min 20 in each section
  • Applicants with minimum scores of 650 on the SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing exam are not required to submit English Language Proficiency scores
  • Average SAT and ACT scores are in the top 1 to 2 percent of all students nationwide
  • Interview: An interview is required for finalist candidates
