Additional Information:

  • The money does not have to be repaid
  • Scholars will be invited to apply to the Presidents Ambassadors scheme
  • If students are required to repeat any academic year, the scholarship payments will stop and will not be paid for the remainder of their course

 

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Bachelor: Applicants must have passed 12 from CISCE – ISC or CBSE – AISSE with 90% overall across five subjects with a score of 90/95% in relevant subjects
  • Subjects required:
    • MSci Chemistry: Chemistry, Maths, other approved subject (preferred subjects are Biology, Economics or Physics)
    • MEng Chemical Engineering: Chemistry and Mathematics
    • MEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a Year Abroad: Mathematics and Physics and third relevant subject
    • MEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management: Mathematics and Physics with any third subject
    • MEng Aeronautical Engineering with a Year Abroad: Mathematics and Physics with any third subject and fourth subject
    • MEng Aeronautical Engineering with a Year in Industry: Mathematics and Physics and two more relevant subjects
    • MEng Mechanical Engineering: Mathematics and Physics with any third subject but further mathematics subject is preferred
    • MEng Electronic and Information Engineering: Mathematics and Physics with any third subject
  • A good performance in the JEE Advanced may also be required
  • IELTS: 65 with a minimum 60 in all elements
  • PTE: 62 with a minimum 56 in all elements
  • Interview: Mandatory for all applicants
