Scholarship Eligibility

  • Be a citizen of any country except Australia or New Zealand
  • Permanent residents of Australia are not eligible
  • Not be currently accepted or enrolled at Swinburne, unless you are only enrolled in our ELICOS program
  • Have achieved an academic result of at least 60% GPA Australian standard equivalent
  • Not be holding another scholarship or reduced fee arrangement from Swinburne
  • Must satisfy the English language proficiency requirements with one of the following:
    • TOEFL: Overall 95, with a reading band no less than 20 and writing band no less than 22
    • IELTS: Overall 70, with no individual band below 70
    • PTE: Overall 66, with no communicative skill score less than 58
  • Must be commencing their bachelor program in 2024
  • Preference will be given to candidates who:
    • Satisfy the English language proficiency requirement with one of the following:
      • IELTS- Overall 70, with no individual band below 70
      • TOEFL- Overall 95, with a reading band no less than 20 and writing band no less than 22
      • PTE- Overall 66, with no communicative skill score less than 58
    • Are commencing their bachelor program in 2024
