Scholarship Overview

The UOW Sydney Business School Bursary Scheme is a 20% discount off the full tuition fee available to International students, commencing their first course at Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong. The bursary is available for students enrolled at the Sydney or Wollongong campus.

This scholarship is applicable for Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong in Australia. Some of the courses include –

• Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance
• Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting
• The bursary scheme will be applied for up to 18 subjects for the following courses:
  • Master of Applied Finance (Single and Double Specialisation)
  • Master of Business (Single and Double Specialisation)
  • Master of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration (Advanced)
  • Master of Professional Accounting and Master of Professional Accounting (Advanced)
  • Master of Science (Single and Double Specialisation)
  • Graduate Certificate in Business, the Graduate Certificate of Professional Accounting or the Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance

• Students who meet the eligibility criteria will be automatically considered when applying for admission to UOW
• Successful applicants will be notified with their course offer letter

Scholarship Eligibility

• Students enrolling at the University of Wollongong, Sydney Business School for the first time in 2021 are eligible for the Bursary Scheme
• A recognised Bachelor degree or a tertiary academic qualification with duration of at least 3 years full-time equivalent
• Applicants with 3 years’ full-time equivalent managerial/professional work experience in Accounting will also be considered
• English language proficiency score:
  • TOEFL: with a minimum score of 18 in Reading & Writing and 12 in Listening & Speaking
  • IELTS: with a minimum score of 6 in Reading & Writing and 5 in Listening & Speaking
  • PTE: with a minimum score of 54 in Reading & Writing and 47 in Listening & Speaking
