The University of Adelaide International Scholarships is awarded for pursuing Bachelor of Computer Science at The University of Adelaide. A student can get a maximum amount of AUD 4700 and the scholarship amount will be given yearly only. The scholarship amount can be used for paying tuition.   • Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences: All programs for the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences are EXCLUDED from this scholarship, except for the following programs:

Scholarship amount details

  • The scholarship offers a 10% tuition fee reduction for the minimum standard full-time duration of the scholar’s chosen undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  • Students must have completed their program studied at the University of Adelaide College prior to progressing to the University of Adelaide in order to be eligible
  • The scholarships provide a tuition fee waiver of the scholarship value for the duration indicated in the scholarship award letter for study at the University of Adelaide
  • The scholarships do not cover the costs of visas, Overseas Student Health Cover, travel, accommodation, living expenses, books, and study materials, or any other expenses associated with living in Adelaide or study at the University of Adelaide

The following students are not eligible to receive this scholarship:

  • Students who have not received an offer for the scholarship
  • Students who are recipients of a scholarship awarded by a recognized scholarship awarding body such as a government ministry or department
  • Students who are studying Masters by Research or Ph.D. programs
  • Current University of Adelaide students who are transferring from one program to another prior to the successful completion of their program of study (internal transfer students)
  • The Scholarship is applied automatically at the time of offer. Students will receive notification of the scholarship with their offer
  • The scholarship is not paid for courses where credit is granted in recognition of prior learning/study
  • If an individual receives and accepts more than one offer of a scholarship from the University of Adelaide, only one scholarship, the scholarship of greater value, will be awarded
  • Scholarship holders must commence study at the University of Adelaide in the semester for which the scholarship was offered. The scholarship cannot be deferred
  • The scholarship holder Students may be required to participate in a photoshoot and complete a testimonial for the University, which may be published on our website or used for other promotional purposes
  • The scholarship holder must be willing to be featured in such promotional collateral produced by the University and be involved in a promotional activity arranged by the University. Accepting the terms and conditions of this scholarship confirms a scholarship holder’s consent to be used for promotional purposes

Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants:

  • must have passed standard XII
  • with a minimum of 65% from ISC & CBSE and 75% from ISBE – Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu State Board Examination and Telangana State Board Examination
  • Best three subjects, excluding language and non-academic subjects
  • must enroll in a full-time study load for each study period of the degree
  • must have a University of Adelaide offer of admission (full offer or conditional offer) as a full-fee-paying international student
  • must complete the acceptance process as outlined in the offer of admission
  • ELP Scores:
    • IELTS- Overall band score of 65 with a band score of minimum 60 in sub-sections
    • TOEFL- total score of 79 with a minimum of 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking and 13 in Reading and Listening
    • PTE- Overall score of 58 with skills profiles of minimum 50 in sub-sections
