  • University also accepts the following against IELTS exam:
    • 12th Standard National Education Boards (CBSE/CICSE) including English Core; English Comm or Functional English – 60% or above
    • 12th Standard HSC if studied in English medium throughout their studies – 60% or above (Maharashtra/ West Bengal/ Karnataka/ Delhi/ Tamil Nadu) state boards only
    • 65% or above (Kerala) state board
    • 70% or above (All Other) state boards
  • Sponsored students will not be entitled to UEL international scholarships

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants for the MSc Computer Science programme must have a minimum BSc 2:2 Honours in a Science or Engineering subject
  • For MSc Data Science programme: Must have a minimum of 2:2 Honours in Physical Science, Electrical/Electronic/Communication Engineering, or a Humanities and Social Science related subject
  • Knowledge of English and Maths is expected
  • The University also accepts the following:
    • 50% or above from the universities of Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Anna, Bharatiya, MSU Baroda, or Bangalore
    • 55%
