The  University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship was established in 2016. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to attract new international students of high calibre to enrol in undergraduate or postgraduate study of one year or more at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland.

  • Scholarship applications will usually open around six weeks before the closing date. Please read the regulations carefully to be sure you are eligible before you apply.
  • Opening date: 30 August 2024 (Semester One 2025 intake) and 1 February 2025 (Semester Two 2025 intake)
  • Closing date: 24 October 2024 (Semester One 2025 intake) and 1 April 2025 (Semester Two 2025 intake)
