  • Four scholarship amounts are offered based on your ranking against the selection criteria:
    • $40,000 payable for one year in two equal instalments per semester
    • $20,000 payable for one semester
    • $10,000 payable for one semester

Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants for:

  • Admission to 15 years full-time requires:
    • a bachelor’s degree with a minimum credit (65%) average calculated over the whole degree, from the University of Sydney, or an equivalent qualification
    • Admission to 1 year full-time requires any one of the following:
    • completion of the embedded Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Strategic Public Relations with a minimum credit (65%) average, or an equivalent qualification
    • an Honours degree in a relevant discipline
    • relevant professional work experience and a bachelor’s degree with a minimum credit (65%) average or an equivalent qualification
  • Applicants must satisfy the English language proficiency requirement by submitting one of the following tests:
    • IELTS- Overall score of 7, with a minimum score of 60 in each band
    • TOEFL- Overall score of 96, with a minimum of 17 in reading, listening and speaking and 19 in writing
    • PTE- Overall score of 68 with 54 in each band
  • must be enrolled for CRICOS registered program of study at the University in any postgraduate coursework degree program
  • To continue receipt of the Scholarship, the recipient must maintain a minimum semester average mark of 65 and have no outstanding tuition fees
  • must be willing to promote the program in which they are enrolled as well as represent the University of Sydney at student orientation, marketing events and corporate networking events
