Vice-Chancellor’s International High Achiever’s Scholarship- Bachelor of Accounting (A) provides financial support, to academically excellent Indian students, for pursuing any Bachelors Degree course at the Charles Darwin University, This scholarship is specifically meant for Indian students who are pursuing full-time Bachelors Degree course in Bachelor of Accounting from the Charles Darwin University. Vice-Chancellor’s International High Achiever’s Scholarship- Bachelor of Accounting (A) for Bachelor of Accounting in Bachelor of Accounting, at the Charles Darwin University, involves a year scholarship award of 13388 that can be used to pay for the tuition. Students must note that accommodation, health cover, application fees, etc. do not fall within the purview of this scholarship. Moreover, this scholarship will be awarded to a maximum of Varies depending upon the university students, one of whom might belong to a country other than India. To be eligible for this scholarship students must have appeared for 12th grade. International students seeing to avail this scholarship need to appear for English proficiency tests like TOEFL, IELTS and PTE. The following documentation is required from students in order to apply for the scholarship: SOP. Students are not required to submit a separate application for applying to the Vice-Chancellor’s International High Achiever’s Scholarship- Bachelor of Accounting (A), as their application will be automatically considered at the time of course application. Students are expected to return to India after the completion of their academic course.

Additional Information: In order to retain the scholarship, the recipient must meet all the following:

  • Continue to be an international student liable for international student fees
  • Pay their portion of the tuition fees on or before the payment due date (first day of teaching) of each semester
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress each semester with a minimum GPA of 5.3 and with no fail grade in any unit
  • Maintain a full-time enrolment of 40 credit points (0.5 EFTSL) each semester or have the approval to reduce their study load or take a leave of absence for the semester

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants must meet the University’s academic and English language entry requirement for their chosen course;
  • Applicant must have a minimum overall score of 95% in their highest completed qualification;
  • Applicant must be an international student on a student visa;
  • Applicant must not hold another scholarship from an Australian or foreign sponsoring agency;
  • Completed All India Senior School Certificate, Indian School Certificate, Senior Secondary Certificate, and State Board Examinations with an average score of at least 60% in the best 4 academic subjects including English;
  • TOEFL: A minimum overall score of 60 and a minimum writing score of 21;
  • IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.0 with no band less than 6.0;
  • PTE: A minimum overall score of 50 with no score lower than 50
