This scholarship cannot be stacked on top of the MSU Non-resident Scholarship.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicant should have a score of 79 with no subscore below 17 in TOEFL
  • Applicant should have a score of 53 with no subscore below 48 in PTE
  • Applicant should be a first-year international undergraduate applicant to Michigan State University. An international applicant is an individual who holds citizenship in a country outside the United States and who does not possess US citizenship or permanent residency
  • Applicant should demonstrate interest and personal initiative in activities involving intercultural learning and exchange
