The average number of students at Wellesley is somewhere between 17 and 20 students, with an 8:1 student-faculty ratio. There are approximately 50 departmental and interdepartmental majors. The Elisabeth Kaiser Davis Degree Program, which is open to students over the age of 24, assists non – traditional students. The program enables women who were unable to pursue or earn a bachelor’s degree at an early age to attend Wellesley.
Wellesley College has dual degree programs with MIT and the Olin College of Engineering, allowing students to receive a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts at both institutions.
