What payment methods are available? Is the EMI option available for payment?
You can pay using any credit or debit card issued by all major banks. Yes, we offer EMI payment options to our students, of which the No Cost EMI option is available for 3 and 6-month payments. You can avail the EMI payment option using any credit or debit card. You can also use our payment partners such as EarlySalary and Eduvanz for EMI benefits.
What is the difference between Basic and Advanced Essay & SOP Grading Tool?
While both the Basic and Advanced Essay & SOP Grading Tools assist you in improving your essay, the key distinction is that the Basic one only allows you to have your essay reviewed five times, whereas the Advanced one allows you to edit your essay an unlimited number of times and receive multiple reviews from your mentor.
Can I have a customized pricing plan based on my requirements?
Yes, you can avail a customized package as per your requirement. Just reach out to us and tell us what you need and we will create a customized plan for you.
Will I have to pay my university application fee separately?
The application fee is charged by the university and not iSchoolConnect. You can pay the university application fee directly by using the iSchoolConnect student dashboard.
Will I have to pay separately if I want to courier my transcripts?
You will have to pay separately to send your transcripts. However, you can use the iSchoolConnect’s Courier Partner to avail of courier services at discounted rates.
How can I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade directly via your student dashboard or reach out to your dedicated mentor for the same.
Do I need to pay an additional amount to avail of your Test Prep services?
iSchoolConnect offers assistance with all major test preparation, such as SAT, GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL. You can choose any 2 tests (Aptitude + English Proficiency) with our Premium Plan at no additional cost. Essential Plan subscribers can also opt for any of the test preparations at discounted rates. What is iSC's refund policy?
Any student/parent can request a refund within 15 days from subscription activation. These requests will be carefully evaluated by iSC on a case to case basis and will be resolved accordingly.
What are the added benefits of the Premium Plan?
Our Premium Plan brings with it a basket of offerings to plan your application journey. It helps you refine your SOPs and LORs, apply to 10 universities, and prepare for your visa interview. What is the difference between Basic and Advanced Visa/MBA Interview Tool?
Both Basic and Advanced VISA/MBA Interview Tools help you prepare for your interviews. However, the Advanced Tool allows you to practice for interviews unlimited times and get multiple reviews from your mentor, but the Basic one allows you to practice only 5 times.
Do you offer any discounts?
No, we don’t offer any discounts in general. However, we do give discounts from time to time for deserving students. Get in touch with us to know more.
How do I activate my account if I have availed of an offer?
Your dedicated mentor will reach out to you within 24 hours of you signing up and your account will be activated automatically within 48 hours of subscription.
Can I upgrade to Premium Plan after opting for the Essential Plan?
Yes, we provide students the flexibility to upgrade to our Premium Plan at any point in time.
How can I downgrade my account to Essential?
Unfortunately, downgrading from a Premium Plan to Essential Plan isn’t an option. For any queries related to plan change, you can reach out to our experts for assistance.
What is the validity of my account?
Your account will be valid till your opted intake. Contact Us or speak to your mentor if you wish to extend the same.
