Cut the craft paper into 2/11 inch strips and fold them in half. You will need 12 strips for an oval shape. Fold the strips into a heart shape and glue them together. Glue all of these hearts together with a bead at the edge. Stick the ribbon around the hearts and tie a knot at the end. Your paper heart wreath is ready.

Paper heart penguin

Penguins are little cuties who can steal anyone’s heart. That’s why we will make one with paper hearts. You only need three things.

• Orange, black, and white paper
• Scissors
• Glue

Cut three tiny hearts on the orange paper, one big heart on white paper, and an oval shape on the black paper. Use a black oval for the body, a white heart for the tummy, two orange hearts for the legs, and one orange heart for his beak. Glue them together. You can either draw googly eyes or stick them. Draw a kite shape on black paper and cut it. Stick it on the clear contact paper and glue the black paper strips on the kite shape, leaving space for tissue paper. Glue the tissue paper and seal it with a layer of contact paper. Now, cut the whole kite shape off of contact paper. Stick the ribbon on the bottom of the kite. Hang it on the window for a unique light effect.

• 3 cardboard tubes
• Glue
• Scissors
• Black, gray, brown, and yellow markers
• Blue, yellow, white, and black construction paper

Glue the yellow construction paper on cardboard tubes. Cut the blue construction paper into squares measuring 2” X 6”. Fold them and cut a square shape making two squares on each side. Stick these squares on yellow cardboard tubes as their overalls. Draw their faces with markers, and your minions are ready.

Owl paper roll

These owls will steal your heart. They are easy to make and need only a few minutes.

• Toilet paper rolls
• Scrap paper
• Glitter card stock
• White and black foam
• Craft glue
• Pencil
• Scissors

Cut a circle out of the toilet paper rolls and draw a half oval shape on it. Cut the oval shape from both sides of the rolls and put the extra shapes aside for further use. Put glue all over the paper roll, stick the scrap paper on it, and cut the excess paper off the roll. 

Now, glue the shapes of the paper rolls you kept aside on glitter card stock. Cut the white and black foam into circles to make the eyes. Cut a beak from glitter card stock. Glue them all on the paper roll. Your owl is ready.

Corner bookmarks

• Card stock paper or light-weight decorative papers
• Scissors
• Ruler

Make an envelope out of card stock paper and cut its corner. Draw 3 squares on the corner of another stock paper in an ‘L’ shape. Draw a diagonal line in the upper and lower square. Scribble the upper part of the upper square and the lower part of the lower square. Cut all the excess paper, including the scribbled ones. 

Now you have a square with two triangles. Use this shape to draw the same on the card stock paper. You can stick a designer piece on the square.
