Seneca’s size and diversity, with campuses throughout the Greater Toronto Area, provide students with partnership opportunities with industry leaders, the latest in hands-on computer technology, a variety of class sizes, and continuing education options.

Seneca also uses a variety of teaching methods in programs related to applied arts, business, financial services, and technology, ranging from in-class lectures and online learning to co-op and field placements.

Newnham Campus is one of Canada’s largest college campuses. More than 300 programs are available at the Seneca College campus. It offers full and part-time programs in Applied Arts, Aviation, Business, Fashion, Health Sciences, Science, Engineering Technology, and other fields.

Campus life

Students can participate in athletics and physical activity through recreational leagues and fully equipped fitness centers, or they can join one of the College’s 80+ clubs and associations. Students can join the Seneca Student Federation, which helps students engage with the Seneca community and build lasting relationships while having fun.

Services

International Student Services facilitates a student’s transition to life at Seneca by providing free airport pickup, housing/accommodation assistance, orientation, academic advisors, counseling, free English assistance, peer tutoring, and international student clubs.

Seneca’s campuses are all located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Students can participate in group activities at GTA attractions such as the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, Casa Loma Castle, the Ontario Science Centre, the Toronto Zoo, The Art Gallery, and the Royal Ontario Museum. Ice skating, go-karting, movie nights, shopping, skiing, bowling, international days, and other activities are also available for students.

The Animation Career Review released its rankings of 2020 animation training programs. The School of Creative Arts & Animation at Seneca College ranked fifth in the world and third in Canada.
