13,710 students were enrolled at Vanderbilt as of 2023, including 7,151 undergraduates and 6,559 graduate and professional students. Vanderbilt University is attended by students from all 50 states and more than 100 nations, with 68% of undergraduate students being from outside the South and 10% from outside of the United States.

For exceptional individuals who submit their applications by the priority deadline, a small number of tuition scholarships will be made available. Scholarship grants will reflect the program’s commitment to having a diverse student body from a range of backgrounds. Additionally, they give scholarships based on merit. Scholarships cover 20% to 100% of the cost of education.

• The Vanderbilt Data Science Program and Women in Technology of Tennessee (WiTT) have partnered to provide a female WiTT member who wants to enroll in the MS program with a 100% tuition scholarship.
