Founded in 1964, the British Columbia Institute of Technology now has five main campuses as well as satellite locations for its students. The institute, which serves over 48,000 students each year, offers certificates, diplomas, and degrees in Business and Media, Health Sciences and Trades, Engineering, Technology, Applied and Natural Sciences, and Computing and Information Technology.
