What You Need to Know About H-1B Visa Changes

In a significant move to strengthen the integrity of the H-1B visa programme and reduce fraud, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has introduced a series of changes. These updates, effective from the fiscal year 2025, aim to make the visa process more transparent and equitable for applicants.
