15 Beekman
The next new residence hall, currently under construction, is scheduled to open in the fall of 2023. The residence hall will house approximately 460 students, most of whom will be first-year students. It will primarily offer double and triple occupancy rooms in suite arrangements with various suite sizes.
33 Beekman
Pace University’s newest residential offering, 33 Beekman, is located just one block south of One Pace Plaza in the heart of Lower Manhattan. It houses mostly upper-level students. 33 Beekman is the world’s tallest residence hall, standing 34 stories tall and offering panoramic views of New York City.
182 Broadway
This building is a fantastic addition to the 2,200-student campus in the heart of downtown, located just a five-minute walk from campus and close to 55 John Street and 33 Beekman residences.
55 John Street
The John Street residence is only a few blocks away from the main campus at One Pace Plaza and only a few minutes from Wall Street, City Hall, and the South Street Seaport. These are a few nearby attractions near the campus.
Maria’s Tower
On the New York City campus, you will live and learn in the main tower. Maria’s Tower comprises floors 7 through 16 of One Pace Plaza. It houses approximately 500 first-year Pace students.
