Accommodations

Colgate University is a residential university, with over 90% of students living on campus. You will have a roommate at the beginning of the first year. All students live in their Residential Commons for the first two years, with options for more independent living during junior and senior years.

Students form bonds with their residential commons at Colgate. However, for junior and senior years, numerous housing options are available outside of the commons. It allows students to live independently and form their own communities.
