There are two types of Letters of Recommendation. These include the Academic and the Professional Letter of Recommendation.

The Academic LOR is a recommendation from the current or past teachers, professors, or project heads who have taught you or worked with you. These letters focus solely on your academic personality – what kind of a student you are, if you were attentive in class, if you took initiative if you did any projects, or participated in competitions. It’s a way for the university to understand how you would contribute to the school when you join as a student.

Unlike the Academic LOR, a Professional Letter of Recommendation talks about your work ethic and performance as an employee. This letter is usually given by your team leader, manager, senior manager, and if it’s a startup, your CEO. Do note that if you are an entrepreneur, your Professional LOR would come from a mentor or your co-founder. Here, you can highlight the kind of projects you’ve worked on, any awards you’ve won, the CSR initiatives you participated in, or any other achievements from your workplace.

LOR is an important document that shows your personality and it is important to be thorough about what to include and what not.

Make your that your LOR is doesn't exceed one page. Do not forget to highlight soft skills along with hard skills. maintain a structure while drafting your LOR.

I have a few tips you should definitely keep in mind-

Use the most acceptable fonts – Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri, Georgia, Verdana. Don’t stray away from these in an attempt to make your letter look super-fancy. Use a minimum font size of 12. Leave a 1-inch margin all around the letter. Add a header of your institution or organization.

And my personal suggestion is -
Get 1 LOR from your team lead and 1 from your manager
These 2 people will know you the most
And if you're at a start up - 1 from your manager and 1 from the CEO

First of all, calm down

If your recommender is your Manager, ask your Team Leader to recommend you
You can use the same content

If it's a teacher, ask another professor to do the same
If they have already seen you do what's mentioned in the letter, reuse it
Otherwise, tweak your content a bit and then ask them to sign it

Check your application status
If it says "Under review" there's nothing to worry about
Otherwise, email the admissions department and make sure they got the LOR

Use a standard font like Times new roman and size 12

You could also ask people you have worked with, outside of your restaurant
But make sure they are at a level better than yours

Make one and use it for all
Just make sure you delete the author details from properties, though
