Can I use medium of instruction certificate instead of the IELTS score in Canada?

Hi. I want to know if its possible to attach medium of instruction certificate instead of the IELTS score if i want to study masters in Canada?

Most colleges in Canada do require you to give an IELTS exam regardless of your medium of instruction. Therefore the possibility that the certificate in its entirety is enough is highly unlikely. However, there are quite a few universities that do not require your IELTS score and accept just a medium of instruction certificate. Some of these universities are:
- University of Winnipeg
- University of Regina
- Brock University
- Carleton University,
- Memorial University and many more.
