1 Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program

Applicants will need recommendations from their high school and apply to a program at the University of Toronto to be considered for the Lester B. Pearson award. If you need help, go to your school's guidance counselor about being nominated for the award. After which, you will receive a unique and secure connection to the Lester B Pearson International Scholarship.

The scholarship will apply to your first choice of program. The scholarship will not be transferable to any other program or university.

2 University British Columbia International Student Scholarship (UG)

3 York University International Student Scholarship Programme

International students enrolling in undergraduate studies at York University are eligible for the York University International Student Scholarship Program. The scholarship is given to promote and assist excellent university students in pursuing higher education. It is a merit-based scholarship, and you must apply by the deadline to be eligible.

Students need to submit an electronic application to be considered for the York university scholarship. They must fill out a Student Financial Profile (SFP), a multipurpose online application form that may be used to apply for various York scholarships and prizes.

4 The Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) Programme

You can use the unified online OGS application at the University of Toronto School of Graduate Studies. Before applying, they must carefully read the instructions.

  • Experience in research or awards (if any)

  • Study schedule

  • There are two scholarly references.

5 Ontario Trillium Scholarships (OTS)

The Ontario Trillium Scholarships (OTS) are available to students enrolling in a Ph.D. program at one of Ontario's institutions. Only students who inform the graduate program chair of their interest in the competition are considered for Ontario Trillium Scholarships (OTS). You will then be nominated for a scholarship by the Graduate Chair of the admitting program. The following are the other requirements-

  • A minimum of 80% in the past two years of full-time study.

  • Must be a student from another country.

  • For Summer Term or Fall Term, you must be enrolled in full-time Ph.D. studies on campus in any subject.

  • You must not already be enrolled in a university degree program in Ontario.

  • Must have a solid academic record at the university level and excellent experience in researching

6 University of Saskatchewan Graduate Scholarship

You must complete the application procedure online using the link provided on the official website. Furthermore, you must present photocopies of official transcripts from any previous post-secondary schools they have attended.

You must additionally provide two reference letters, organized according to the institution's guidelines, in addition to the photocopies.

7 Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships

You must apply for a nomination from the institution where you wish to study. Submit your applications to the nominating institution before the deadline. Following that, the nominated institutions will be needed to submit their applications. Applicants recommended by a Canadian institution will be considered immediately for the scholarship.

8 Anne Vallee Ecological Fund

The Anne Vallee Ecological Fund is available to students pursuing a master's or doctorate in animal research at the University of Quebec or the University of British Columbia.
